Cornice by Rotaliana is a technical and elegant wall lamp that gives indirect light. Its design was born out of a research making parallel between the light and architectural forms. It is realised and based on a moulding section, the fragment of the typical frames used in classic constructions: it is a modern archaeology, a natural presence, and yet it looks slightly surreal in a domestic environment. This lamp is made of die cast aluminium, polished, chromed and painted. Its aesthetic characteristics and the extreme ease with which it is installed make it the perfect wall lamp for various environments. Available in chrome or white finish. Made in Italy.

Dante Donegani and Giovanni Lauda
Dante Donegani was born in Pinzolo (Italy) in 1957. He gained a degree in architecture in Florence in 1983. Since 1991 he has been the director of the master’s program in design at the Domus Academy in Milan. Giovanni Lauda was born in 1956 in Naples, where he gained a degree in architecture and was a member of the Morozzi & Partners studio from 1988 to 1991.In 1992 The pair opened the D&L Studio together. The D&L Studio have designed layouts for art exhibitions, corporate identity projects, and products for a number of companies that include Memphis, Stildomus, Isuz, Steel and Luceplan, Le Cose Nostre, Edra, Radice and Viceversa.
